Brainwave Symphony: Alpha (New Wave, 1999)

Dr. Jeffrey Thompson began experimenting with sound and its effects on the body and brain in 1981 at his Holistic Health Center in Virginia. The results have been effective. Here are songs that are used to stimulate the brain in a way that is directly linked to sounds.
